My phone call the very first time was very nice. I explained my problem and He explained what the problem could be. Edgar came the next day and he did a good job examining the washer. He found another problem so they had to take it to the shop. It was there longer then anticipated but we're happy it's finally fixed. Washing a load now and it seems quite not LOUD noise when it comes to spinning. Good Job 👍 Hope it will last a loooooong time.
